Love this place x all the staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of exercise classes to choose from to suit everyone. My Personal favourites are Body attack, muscle max , cardio kickbox and zumba but there are plenty of other classes which are popular such as boot camp spinning, ab blast.Gym maybe small but unless your training to be a professional body builder (which I'm not) it has everything you need to keep fit.
A really great place to work out with lots of classes and a really great new fitted gym. Staff are always really helpful and on hand to assist when you may need them. Always very clean and tidy.
Great range of activities and services for the size of the sports centre. It even has a morning creche and a reference library with computers. Classes are great fun and have a friendly atmosphere.
