Terrible long queues but pleasant staff
This place gets 3 stars because normally I come out with a parcel. But if it wasn't for that fact this place would maybe only get one star. Unfortunately there aren't enough staff, and the staff that are there don't seem to want to help. Collecting parcels is often frustrating because they seem to have little organisation. But I'm glad I don't have to drive all the way to Bridgend for missed parcels
A place where you just want to get out of as soon as you get in. Extra star for allowing HSBC banking.
